Mack Valves
Mack Valves is an 80 year old Australian icon that manufactures specialist valves including defence and cryogenic valves. In 2014 Mack invested in a manufacturing facility in India. Mack employs disadvantaged women in India to help foster financial independence for its team whilst also facilitating higher quality output. Mack designed a smarter cryogenic valve for the global industry that uses a QR code to allow maintenance and operations teams to access information for each unique valve at site.
Real Time Instruments
Real Time Instruments recently won a tender to deliver a turn-key project for the supply of 18 x PGNAA elemental analysers. The $6.7 Mil project will assist the Indian Govt. owned NTPC coal fired power stations to monitor coal quality in real time prior to combustion in a bid to reduce pollution generated by burning low quality coal. In addition Real Time has also supplied other coal and bulk material analysers to companies like Adani, BHEL, etc. Real Time prides itself on supporting local regional businesses in and around Mackay, e.g. Mackay Aluminium, Blakey Engineering, Murray Craft Fibreglass to name a few; who are contracted to manufacture structural parts for our analysers.
